Since I studied Art at Chelsea College of Arts, I have had a successful career in outdoor education and teaching art, before becoming a full-time printmaker.

 

I specialise in lino printmaking, spending time observing and exploring landscapes, taking photographs and sketching as aide memoirs for my studio processes. 

I use line, colour and contrast to define my work, I am intrigued by how we are affected by a variety of places and spaces, and I am drawn to a variety of situations that explore our reactions and feelings. My imagery is therefore almost devoid of a physical human presence.

 

I have exhibited at the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition, Ironbridge Fine Arts Printmaking Competition, group exhibition in Dorset, solo exhibition in Oxfordshire.
